Why is this raspberry lacking color in an area? Round up was sprayed next to the raspberry bushes. Could that be the cause?

The white druplets aren't caused by roundup - but that is a good guess, herbicide damage can cause white foliage on affected plants. These white druplets are likely caused by sunscald or excessive hot temperatures.
