I have sprayed them with Sevin but the instructions don’t say how often to spray. Since I’m old I have trouble with the bottle sprayers so aI purchased a tank pump sprayer to use instead. My question is can I mix Sevin and a fungicide together in the sprayer and how often should I spray?

Are you able to include a photo of the pesticide? The label will describe if Sevin can be tank mixed. However, there are different formulations of Sevin, and I can't answer without knowing which one.
Thank you for sending these photos. Both can be tank mixed, as the labels do not state that tank mixes are prohibited. Before mixing in the sprayer, I would recommend testing it first in a jar for incompatibility. I would spray no more than once per two weeks or otherwise as needed based on damage. With the hot temperatures forecasted for this week, you should not spray as this may cause phytotoxicity on the leaves.
