serviceberry fruit shriveled up #873016

Hi I have three serviceberry bushes planted three years ago that seem to be relatively healthy. However, this year the fruits are shriveling up and turning dark purple and not ripening as they normally do. Please advise.

Thank you for writing. I am inclined to think this is fireblight.
