Our Plum Bushes have aphids we have treated with soapy water and several days later with ladybugs. That seems to be helping but there are also a yellow insect on several leaves and some bark. What are these and are they perhaps laying the aphid eggs? See attached photos.

Those are just the pupae of the ladybugs.
