Marijuana insects #872922

I have some insects eating my marijuana plants and I’m not sure what to do.

The first thing is to ID the insects.  I need a close up picture of them on the bottom of the leaf, top or stem.

Here is a picture of one I killed and another picture of the leaves from a cranberry bush where the same thing is happening and I’ve seen these “flies” everywhere.
