The symptoms pictured do not look like Early Blight, though this and Septoria Leaf Spot are very common tomato diseases for our area and both will likely manifest soon. One simple approach to minimizing infection risk early in the season is to clip off low-lying foliage so any spores splashing off the soil surface have a harder time beginning infections.
