My lacy lady twisty baby locust tree is being eaten internally. I can hear bugs chewing inside of it and see sawdust coming from the limbs. I’m assuming it’s a locust borer. The tree is probably 10 years old and had issues before as a woodpecker pretty much made every limb have square holes in it. Is there anything I can do to save the tree at this point or to stop the spread so any offshoots that spring up can be saved?

Hello Ashley
From what I read concerning the '...Twisty Baby' locust tree, locust borers are the most serious concern. Since you want to try to reverse/save the tree, an accurate diagnoses is necessary. That will require the service of an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Certified Arborist. These arborists are trained in diagnostics and treatment, etc. They also have access to stronger chemicals than the homeowner.
Find an arborist near you with the following link:

Just in case, I sent more info on 'Twisty Baby'
