How often, and with how much water, should I water my newly planted Ivory Halo Dogwood bush? I live in an area with sandy soil. The leaves sometimes droop. I water and it perks up. However, now some leaves are appearing dark on the edges or tips. Thank you.

Hopefully you mixed some compost into the planting hole because of the sandy soil. It now would be too late but the mulch I see around the base will help. The shrub should be watered deeply once or even twice a week if there isn't any rain. It should not be in full sun. Partial sun is best.
