Pantry moth larvae/pupae life span #872629

We have a pantry moth infestation. I literally threw away all food, infested or not. I cleaned and cleaned again the pantry. After 5 weeks I put food in the pantry after freezing in airtight containers and put diatomaceous (food grade) on shelves plus bay leaves and peppermint. Pest control sprayed Hydropene and Gentrol discs have been placed in the cabinets. No new moths have been found on the traps inside. I am still however getting adult moths outside of the cabinets about 1 a day after 9 weeks of NO exposed food. How long can the larvae and the pupae survive before emerging. This seems outside the “normal” life cycle I have seen. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
