How to get rid of huge burdock plants, 2-3' tall and spreading? Its growing near my veg garden and along fence on neighbor's side, which is back side of my garden.Thank you.

Hi Janell,
Burdock is an biennial, so if you can slice it about 4" below ground, through the taproot, you'll kill it. You can do this in its vegetative year or in the flowering year - but don't let it go too far when flowering or it may produce seed.
