Spider I.D. found in my house,,more than on stickies trap. I have pictures, not sure how to attach?

To identify spiders we do need clearly focused pictures. We need to see the eyes clearly as the size and pattern of eyes is often used in identification.
Freezing live insects so they don’t move is one way to get clear pictures. Take the picture with the specimen laid out on smooth plain flat background, so the camera doesn’t focus on a varied background instead of the insect. Place a coin or similar in the picture so we can judge the size.
