Thank you for the soil test report. It states that I need to find an ~15-0-30 nutrient mix for my garden.
I have called garden centers within a couple of hours from my home and there is nothing available close to this ratio.
1. What would you suggest? Can I get some combination of nutrients -like find a nitrogen poor ratio and add the nitrogen later?
2. I live in Duluth- where could I find buy my garden needs?
3. My lovingly planted vegetable garden over the last 2 years has become increasingly pathetic- puny plants on one side of the garden and better plants on the other side of the same area-- in about 3/4 of the total surface area. Why is there such a dramatic increase of phosphorus and such huge discrepancy in the success of the plants?

Thank you for writing.
I would love to see a picture of your soil test report. The key issue is how many pounds of nutrients per 100 square feet.
Tell me the dimensions of your garden.
I'll come up with some common fertilizers for you. Tell me the name of your largest near by garden center so I can look at their products.

Is it level or on a slope?
Is it partly shaded? A sketch with N-S and relevant trees or buildings would be helpful. i could even work with a google sat view of your property.
Does if overlap with a septic field?
Why is there such a dramatic increase of phosphorus
Part of this relates to the differing P needs of gardens vs farmers.
The excess P will not harm you r plants.
