Sometimes I get stumped. This is one of those times. I can't find photos of your weed to ID it. Two things to do:
1) read the article below of plant id apps and load a couple on your phone to try identifying it. Try using the second app below by putting in answers to the questions to narrow the search for the culprit.

2) Read the article in the link below on taking photos of plants and take improved photos which you can send to MSU Plant & Pest Diagnostics. Dr. Erin Hill is great at identifying weeds and she should be able to tell you what it is. (I'd appreciate an email telling me what she identified the weed as too)

Looking at your photos, your weed is a dicot, so common broadleaf weed herbicides (2,4-D, Decamba, Mecoprop) should have a detrimental effect on it. You may need 'sticker' to help the herbicide stay put better for more effectiveness.
