Identify Insect damage to a tree #872404

I have an ornamental cherry tree that is being damage by some type of insect, bee or whatever. I have pics that I can send you if that would help. Thanks!

Cherry blackfly is an aphid that sucks sap from the foliage of fruiting cherries during late spring and early summer, causing tight leaf curling especially on new growth.
