Something is on my Inkberries, should I be concerned? #872358

Hello, this is I think the 3rd inquiry I've had on my inkberry bushes (thank you for accommodating me).  I noticed some type of growth on them yesterday and I am not sure what to make of it.  What does it appear to be and is it something I should be treat?

It sounds like you intended to include a photo, but we didn't receive any. Can you please try resending any photos you have of the symptoms?
