I cleared out my raised garden beds from last year and found many of the onions I planted were mixed in there with the parsley that had gone to seed. I thought they had all not grown/died so I was happily surprised. They're all tiny, with bulbs barely bigger than a green onion. However, they have long, thick green leaves Do you have any recipes to help me use up all those greens? A few look like they tried to go to scape but the rest appear tender.
