I used my plant identification app on the bloom photo. The app indicated it is a type of columbine (Aquilegia). 

The photo was taken from the side of the bloom and there are no leaves included in the photo. So I am not sure of the identification. If you submit an additional photo which includes the foilage, I could do a much better identification.
