Thank you for your question! The bug wreaking havoc on your herbs is a Four – Lined Plant bug. You could cover the plants down to the ground with floating row covers or fine mesh netting, as an alternative to chemicals, once you've have picked and or rinsed all the bugs away.

If you use chemicals, please only use ones labeled for use on herbs, or the herbs may not be eaten.
