Our Development has native trees along the perimeter. There is English ivy growing around and up them. We have cut it and sprayed the stub but it hasn’t slowed down. We can’t eradicate it because adjoining trees are not on our property. We want to investigate using goats for ongoing control but cannot find anyone who provides this service. Do you know of a way to find a company that would provide goats to control invasive plants in Sussex county?
Sussex County Delaware

Mary,
Hi. I am not aware of a company that rents goats available in Sussex County. https://www.hiregoats.com/delaware https://www.goatsonthego.com/affiliate-directory
I have reached out to my colleagues to see if they are aware of a company. I will let you know if there is one.
English Ivy removal is a 2-3 year process: Timing and products used for control is important.
