If you're looking for a barn that doesn't have a cold storage unit, basically just a storage building, there is a resource from the North Central Farm Management Extension Committee (MSU is a part of this group) that put together a survey several years ago.  I'm not sure the values have changed tremendously over time, but it is a bit dated from 2014.  I recommend it mostly as a starting point for discussions with those looking to rent or looking to offer a building to rent.  NCFMEC-07.pdf (aglease101.org) 

If you're looking for a barn with cold storage, I'm not aware of anything readily available.  However, if that's the need, I can do some additional research to see if there is anything available that offers a starting point for that discussion.  Feel free to contact me.
