Honey Locust Plant Bug #872003

There are a couple of Gleditsia triacanthos var. inermis at Lower.com Field that appear to have foliar damage from an insect. Accompanying the areas of defoliation are 1/2" x 1/4" silky sacks hanging from the branches with what appears to be small light peach colored eggs. We

This message is incomplete.  I also cannot make any diagnosis from pictures of bushes.  A helpful app that I use for insect or plant ID is Seek by iNaturalist,  that may be of benefit for you.  Alternately if you need identification of a certain pest, you can submit that pest to our OSU Plant and Pest Diagnostic Clinic
