Hi Michael! How frustrating! Has anyone been spraying a herbicide nearby? Tomatoes are very sensitive to just a little bit of a herbicide that was sprayed nearby and drifted to the plant. If the wind is blowing when sprayed, the drift can go quite a ways to find those unsuspecting plants. Unfortunately there is no "cure" for herbicide drift. Usually the plant will continue but you may not get the harvest you're used to getting. Sometimes, if the mulch has any time of herbicide in it, that can also affect the plant.
Continue to water & tend to your plants as normal. Practice crop rotation. If you see anyone spraying a herbicide, ask them to stop!
