I was wondering if there are any in-person Strong Bodies classes in Grants Pass.

Several of our County faculty deliver the Strong People exercise program. I would recommend that you contact the Josephine County Extension office directly to see if this program is available in your area<personal data hidden>).

If they do not offer the program in your county, you can follow along with StrongPeople™ exercise videos wherever you are! Introductory and intermediate-level class videos are available, as well as various stretches and exercises that target the strength and mobility of the body. Go to this link for more information:
