I purchased a home last fall and it has many trees that were not attended to. I wanted to know if there is a tree expert that could advise me on which trees should be removed and which need to be pruned. some are growing into each other. I recently retired and am on a fixed income. I tried contacting a tree service and received many calls, but was felt they were selling me services more than advising me on how to proceed and often were very costly. Does the extension provide consults? My goal is to have a plan that would allow me over time know how to prioritize and budget for what needs to be done.
