Some of the Blue Arrows are drooping. Maybe the guy who was planting them roughed up the roots too much?? Are they getting too much water? Are they getting too little. The fence line runs north south. The ones that seem to being doing the worse have the least amount of sunshine (6 hours) because of the house to west shadows.
