Hi Sandra,
If you mean for this online Ask Extension service, you just enter your new email id in each new question you open.
There is no way to change the emails in your old questions. So, please print those old ones out if you want to keep them, or you can enter the 7 digit number of your older question in the search box on the website( the number is contained in your email notice for each question). That will being up each of those older questions.

I have attached a screen shot and put a blue circle around the box where you enter your 7 digit number.
