Iris that grow but don’t bloom #871788

I have a really nice patch of irises they are the purple type but the grow tall leaves but for several years they have not bloomed What is wrong They do get sun

Hi Jennifer,

I think I know why they aren't blooming for you. Divide them. They are way too crowded and probably planted too deeply after the years.

You could get many more clumps from that.
