Is it possible to determine what might be wrong with my ornamental crab. I'm not sure what is wrong with it Gertens though fire blight

The trees in your photo look like birch, so I'm not sure what to make of your question.

Yes the tree in the background is a birch. Thank you.  That is NOT the focus of my inquiry. The picture sent is a branch on my ornamental crab tree, just as I had explained.

I will try an arborist in the private sector.

The branch in the foreground is very blurry. It might have a fungal infection such as apple scab. I don’t see signs of fireblight, which is very distinctive. Before you talk to an arborist, you can acquaint yourself with fireblight here:
