What is draining our hummingbird feeder between the hours of 9 and 11:30 pm every night? Bats?

Squirrels, racoons, bears, other varmints. A search on hummingbird feeder protection revealed a whole list of suppliers and their cages, protective devices, etc.
Very frustrating answer.
No bears around here. Raccoons can't reach it.
There is no way to determine who the culprit is based on your question. Are there animal droppings under the feeder? Identifying the droppings would identify the animal. Is the feeder pushed out of position which might mean squirrels?
