Cleaning product on bridal wreath spirea #871573

We had our roof cleaned. The contractor used a chlorine based product that was supposed to be sufficiently diluted as to not hurt vegetation. Our bridal wreath spirea was contacted and several branches have dead leaves. The rest of the plant seems okay. Will these branches recover? Hopefully it's just the leaves that are affected. Thank you.

You could leave the branches and I would think they should re-leaf as long as the branches themselves weren’t damaged. Your other option would be to cut the branches out. I would give the shrub as chance to see if it will re-leaf.
