Hello,
Based on the symptoms you’ve described and the images that you provided, it’s possible that your red raspberries are affected by one of the following diseases:
Spur Blight: This fungal disease infects the leaves and nodes (where leaves grow) of raspberry canes. Look for small brown circles on the leaves, which eventually turn yellow and cause wilting. Spur blight is most severe in red raspberries. More information is at this link:

Anthracnose: Another fungal disease that affects the parts of the cane between the leaves (internodes). It can cause damage to both black and red raspberries. Symptoms include brown spots on the canes, which may lead to wilting and dieback. More information is at this link:

Late Leaf Rust: This disease specifically infects red and black raspberries. Infected leaves and fruit develop powdery yellow spots. To manage it, ensure good air circulation, plant in narrow rows, and remove weeds frequently. More information at this link:

Verticillium Wilt: Although more severe in black raspberries, this soilborne fungal disease can also affect red raspberries. It causes wilting, stunting, and can eventually kill the fruiting cane or the entire plant. More information at this link:
