Tree not looking good- need help! #871546

Hello- this tree turned colors a few weeks before other trees last fall and this summer the leaves are smaller and there are leas of them. I am worried about it and don’t want to loose it. I am not sure what type of tree it is. What can I do to help it?

I'm sorry, I can't identify the tree from the photo you sent.  I would need to see a leaf to tell you what species it it.  

I understand your concern, Jennie. The tree does look stressed, and it's in a crucial spot in your yard.  I would recommend reaching out to a tree specialist.  If it has a disease, they may be able to help you treat it.
