Hello. Can you tell me what’s wrong with my plum tree? I have two pear and two plum trees planted in a row and the last two years they’re struggling. Is there anything I can do to save it from getting worse? These pics don’t look as bad as last years.

We can't determine what's affecting the plum leaves by viewing the photos.
Holes and torn edges suggest insect damage, but the damage seems not to be recent, so whatever caused it may no longer be present.
Plenty of healthy leaf tissue remains, and unless fresh damage occurs, the tree may fare well despite the leaves' tattered appearance.
