I have watched at least 50 YouTube videos on how to propagate roses. I follow the instructions and many different kinds of instruction. I am 70 years old and I am trying to propagate my Mr. Lincoln rose just for the fun of it.

Article to your list of 50. And you may have seen this one already. I am going to suggest that you find resources online using only those which are from a university or the government or a highly select group of botanical gardens. These are obtained by adding “edu” or “extension” or “gov” to your word search. For example, “propagating roses edu”. So this article might be of use.

I noticed in looking at the articles that many have the same advice, more or less, with different details here and there. There is a neat video from the Royal Horticultural Society in the UK but maybe you have already seen it.
