Your plants appear to be Giant Hogweed, but a few other plants can be mistaken for hogweed. That is why it's important to get a definitive identification. Please see the article below. It gives great information about identifying giant hogweed and what to do if you believe this is hogweed.
It is important that you do not touch the plant or try to treat it yourself until you know what you are dealing with.
