This is growing in my backyard but I think it's a weed. Can you ID this?

This looks like Oriental bittersweet, an invasive perennial vine. The plants can be dug out by hand (you must remove all of the root system to prevent re-growth). Another option is to use a systemic herbicide that will move down into the root system to kill it. More details about this can be found on our web page about this plant.
