A landscaper planted my arborvitae last October. I now have noticed there is burlap around the roots. Should I dig around the trees and take the burlap off?

Just know that the tree was planted at the optimal time of the year, and that uprooting it now means the roots will not be able to expand into relatively moist soil for the next 4-5 months, so you may lose it. Perhaps delay making changes until fall. Good luck!
