Asters yellow on cardinal flower? #871182

Does this look like asters yellow on this red cardinal flower? First pic is a closeup of area I’m worried about and second is of entire plant.

We can't tell what is going on there. It could be a different virus or not a pathogen at all. Any chemicals applied nearby?
At this point we would just keep an eye on it to see how it progresses.
