I suspect this sweet olive plant has bugs or fungi. How should I treat it?

It's difficult to tell, but that may be a leaf spot disease. It doesn't look very far advanced, so pinch off the worst affected ones and do what you can to keep the leaves dry—for instance, don't mist them.
Does the pot drain freely? (Don't let the bottom sit in water in the blue cache pot). Ever fertilize it? If possible it would probably like the summer outdoors in a shaded spot.
