Expert Response

I see that this is a repeat of another question of yours.  The answer you were given (Fritillaria imperialis) was good, but since that plant is not hardy here, look at two other possibilities:

common horseweed:

goldenrod midge gall:

In all cases, simply wait until the plant flowers to see what you've got.

Thank you very much - question is goldenrod considered a okay plant to have?

I'm not sure your plant is goldenrod.  As I said, wait for bloom.

Plants are desirable or not depending on what the purpose is.  Goldenrod is a native and a pollinator-attractor.  It works well in a native planting, but I'm not sure it would be appropriate in a manicured ornamental garden.
