Hello, we have rose bushes that are 4 years old. They started blooming late May this year and we are concerned at the appearance of deformed rose buds. Wondering if it could be Red Rosette disease?

Expert Response
Unfortunately, this looks like Rose Rosette disease.

There is no cure, and it is recommended that you dig it out, bag it up, and dispose of it.
