I need a notary that can come to a home to notarize Durable Power of Attorney paperwork for a person that is physically unable to travel. The home is located in Mancelona MI 49659. I was told that MSU Extension had notaries that could do this.

Good Morning -- I've been with MSU Extension for over 40 years and I've never known our staff to offer this service.  I know some staff may be notaries but it's something they've done on their own.

You can reach out to the Antrim County office and ask if any of their staff are notaries but even then, I'm not sure they'd be comfortable with a home visit.  Here's a link to the Antrim office staff:

If you haven't already, maybe try a nearby bank.  They have notaries.
