This striped plant grows in my yard along side Common Milkweed. It is smaller and lighter in color than Common. Over the past several years I have found a few Monarch eggs on these plants. Is this a milkweed? I have not been able to identify it.

This looks like milkweed that is suffering from some nutrient deficiency issues. The red veins and the chlorotic leaves can be symptoms of nutrient issues.
