Hi,
Unless there is a huge aphid population that is weakening the plants you can wait for beneficial insects to arrive to help take care of the population. Insecticidal soap must contact the aphids directly if you choose to use it. Just make sure the label says that it is safe for edible plants. There is a phytotoxicity risk to using household soaps and detergents to control aphids and you could harm your plants so we don't recommend using Dawn or any type of dish soap which is commonly recommend through online searches or sometimes in gardening forums.
Radish leaf holes are most likely flea beetles (small holes) which are common and don't warrant control.
Bean leaf holes could be from various caterpillars and beetles that will feed on the leaves. The injury is usually minor and also no control is necessary.
You can be on the lookout for Mexican bean beetle since they can be common pests for beans but they tend to arrive a little later in the season.
If you have further questions, feel free to send along photos as well, as they can help us identify the issue and give you appropriate guidance.
