The bug isn’t in sharp enough focus to identify. Two common red bugs are the Lily leaf beetle and the 4 lined plant bug. Check theses out with your bug. Useful information would be where is it feeding, when did it appear and what does the damage look like and a focused photo. Something that can be hard to get with a cell phone.
