What is this on my plum tree leaves? What Can I spray for it? I don’t live in Berrien county anymore.

Hello,
This is spindle gall and will not harm the tree or impact the fruit. It is caused by tiny mites that lay eggs in the leaf tissue. The leaf responds by creating these galls where the eggs hatch the mites mature then leave the tree. There is nothing you need to do to treat this.
