Would candies that I freeze dry at home qualify under the cottage food laws? How about freeze dried fruits and vegetables/herbs? I see dehydration specifically listed, but want to ensure dehydration by cryodesiccation qualifies. Thank you.

Hello, many freeze dried foods are allowed but I would recommend calling the MDARD Inspector in your area to confirm with the process you mentioned to find out if it is allowable,<personal data hidden>.
