I have three of these shrubs/small trees in my front garden and would like to know what they are. My hope is to transplant two of them to the backyard. I want to make sure they are not invasive. I am getting rid of my nandina because they are overgrown and classified as invasive.

It's hard to see enough clear detail, but this looks like a dwarf variety of Crapemyrtle (Lagerstroemia). We can't tell what variety, as there are well over a hundred Crapemyrtle varieties on the market these days, but given its seemingly short growth habit, it does look like a dwarf type that will probably (as a guess) mature around five to ten feet high (or less).
