Every year my rhubarb’s leave turn this dark yellow color. I’m sure some of it is from our well water when we have to water them, but we have t watered anything this year due to the levels of rain we’ve received. Too much sun, or what?

It looks like a fungal disease that doesn’t hurt the stalks but makes them look a bit ugly.
