Cedar in Box Elder Tree #870624

Will this cedar tree in the middle of the box elder tree eventually kill the box elder?

Thanks for your question. I doubt that this cedar would kill the box elder. On the other hand, I don't know why you would want to keep this cedar. I would urge its removal.
